OH MY! It Works!!!

~~~ CAUTION THIS CONTENT MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR MAN EYES!~~~~~~~
I previously posted about this cream that is natural progesterone. I rub this on every morning on my chest, neck, or on the underside of my arm, and it was supposed to to supply my body with progesterone that it does not normally produce in the amount that is should to successfully allow my body to have a normal cycle. (period) (If you know us, you know that we have tried to get pregnant unsuccessfully for way over a year. and we are having trouble because I do not ovulate properly so I do not periods) Well, after taking the cream for two months, I have news that it works! YAY! I just started a cycle! (I warned you men that this may be too much info!) I am working with Pat Kennedy (our chiropractor) closely with this, and he is guiding me through the cycle to hopefully create a normal cycle monthly, with ovulation and all!
We laughed and said that if Dennis and I were able to conceive with the help of this cream we would say that it took the 3 of us to have a baby, Dennis, me, and Pat!!!! HaHa. This cream is wonderful: it is odorless, it has no side effects, it is super easy to use! I love it! I sure beats having to take a nasty medicine like Metformin!! Anyway, I said that I would post an update when I had one, and I do! If you, or your wife have irregular cycles, this cream may work for them. If you want information on the cream, and the place that you purchase it, please leave me a comment, or send me an email and I will get you the info!
Ok, So America did not agree...
America apparently didn't read my blog before they went out and cast their votes, and Barack Obama is now our President-elect! A good friend sent us an email, and I love it.
Please visit
http://www.albertmohler.com/blog_print.php?id=2715
for a little insight as to what our attitudes should be. Here are a few of my favrite clips of it in case you dont have time to read a couple paragraphs. .
"We must confront and oppose the Obama administration where conscience demands, but work together where conscience allows."
"There must be absolutely no denial of the legitimacy of President-Elect Obama's election and no failure to accord this new President the respect and honor due to anyone elected to that high office. Failure in this responsibility is disobedience to a clear biblical command."
"Beyond this, we must commit ourselves to pray for this new President, for his wife and family, for his administration, and for the nation. We are commanded to pray for rulers, and this new President faces challenges that are not only daunting but potentially disastrous. May God grant him wisdom."
"We must pray that God would change President-Elect Obama's mind and heart on issues of our crucial concern. May God change his heart and open his eyes to see abortion as the murder of the innocent unborn, to see marriage as an institution to be defended, and to see a host of issues in a new light. We must pray this from this day until the day he leaves office. God is sovereign, after all."
"We must keep ever in mind that it is God who raises up nations and pulls them down, and who judges both nations and rulers. We must not act or think as unbelievers, or as those who do not trust God."
A friend stated just last night that God is in control and has a plan and an end, and if it involves Barack Obama, how could be possibly be angry at that?
God is sovereign, and he rules over all, and he always works things out for the good of people that believe, trust and hope in him!
Let's not forget that Barack Obama is not too hard for God to save.
He is not too wretched, or too sinful, or even too democratic.
He saved you and me didn't he?
Let's be in fervent prayer for our new president!
Did you Vote?
Who is it going to be?
I had a hard time this year picking who I wanted to vote for, I will be honest.
I dont understand politics, or candidates, and I don't know who voted for what "23 times", and why it is bad..
I don't know what are bigger issues than others:
Economy, healthcare, money, taxes, etc
basically..
if you have one big problem it trickles down!
I dont know the hearts of the candidates, or their families.
I don't sit with them in their homes and pick their brains...
I don't know these things.
Some of you may claim you do.. and that is great...
but today.. I closed my eyes, and hit a button!
:)))
HaHa. Just kidding. I didn't do that, but I voted who I thought Jesus might approve of today.
That was the basis for my vote.
Would he smile at Barack Obama who approves of gay marriage, and supports abortion??
No! Does that mean that John McCain is a saint? NO!
but that is who I voted for.
Would Barack's charm and stature annoy me less the next 4 years? Sure!
He's better looking, and has a better voice.. but Jesus does not care about that either!
Hope you guys had a great election day!
Remember God is sovereign!
Application Monday #4
The Heart of Man plans his way,
but the Lord establishes his steps
Proverbs 16:9
I have really thougth this last week on what this means in my life. And how this fits for plans that I want to make for my life, and how I know I am in God's perfect will as I have brought this up the past two Application Mondays! I done a little research this morning, and this is what John MacArthur had to say:
Man is here represented to us, 1. As a reasonable creature, that has the faculty of contriving for himself: His heart devises his way, designs an end, and projects ways and means leading to that end, which the inferior creatures, who are governed by sense and natural instinct, cannot do. The more shame for him if he do not devise the way how to please God and provide for his everlasting state. 2. But as a depending creature, that is subject to the direction and dominion of his Maker. If men devise their way, so as to make God’s glory their end and his will their rule, they may expect that he will direct their steps by his Spirit and grace, so that they shall not miss their way nor come short of their end. But let men devise their worldly affairs ever so politely, and with ever so great a probability of success, yet God has the ordering of the event, and sometimes directs their steps to that which they least intended. The design of this is to teach us to say, If the Lord will, we shall live and do this or that (Jam. 4:14, 15), and to have our eye to God, not only in the great turns of our lives, but in every step we take. Lord, direct my way, 1 Th. 3:11.
I could not have said this better! Dennis an
d I are restructuring our prayer life and attitudes! We spent some great company with some friends this last weekend and without knowing it they have spurred us on in righteousness! Please keep us in prayer that our prayers would be effective for the kingdom and not absorbed in our own requests and needs! We love you guys that read. We hope that you continue!
Due Date Dinner
This is Nathan and Erin! Today was Erin's due date! So, since she didn't get a baby today, we thought they might settle foe dinner! I made chicken breast cutlets with crock pot macaroni and cheese, garden green beans, rolls, and oven baked-baked potatoes! After dinner we played a nice close game of Phase 10, (Dennis won!). It was a great evening with them and I am so glad that we could spend some time with them before their little girl comes! We have not gotten together with them in awhile, so we were glad to have their company! And it gave me some motivation to clean and cook today! I feel better that it is done actually!
Thanks Nathan and Erin for your company! You forgot to take the brownies and all the left overs home seeing as though our diet is fastly approaching us!!!! I am still awaiting everyone's blog titles!
