Baby Room Progress Pt. 2

Remember this?!?!? ……..Well, it is NOW……………………….

THIS! :) We had new drywall and plaster put in. Crown molding, and trim. Dennis had some help, but a lot of this he done on his own!!!! I SOOOO admire his handiwork. I could never do this on my own. As you can see, this is the beginnings of a crib!

Take a look at the beautiful molding up top. (Thanks to Ralph!)

and the wood floors were already underneath. We were thankful that they were in pretty good condition!!!  

As for the wall color… it was SUPPOSED to be a cream color…. but as you can tell, it turned out to be a little more..yellow… than I cared for… but it brightens the room and looks good in contrast with the furniture.. I just hope it looks okay once we move in all the blue!!!!  

Dennis did a great job!!! Thank You honey!!   

We enjoyed our very first snow while we worked to get things ready. While Dennis worked on the crib, I cleaned out the extra bathroom and got all of his towels, wash clothes, shampoos, and lotions in place.   

This is the "finished" product. I still have to wash all of his bedding, move in dressers, nursing chair, etc. I am really excited to work on that this week. Once the room is FINISHED, for real, I will take another belly shot, and show more detail. :) Thanks for checking up on us. We love you all! :)
