A couple of weeks ago, I had the privilege of meeting the Corey Family for the first time. Their daughter Grace was really fun, too. Enjoy their family pictures!!!

Christmas decorating! and… other things…
Dennis really wanted to put up his village this year, so I "let" him. I am not a huge village lover, but I do admit, I like the added touch in our living room.
As some of you know, each year Dennis and I purchase a new ornament from Hallmark to mark another year together. This particular ornament was especially appropriate this year because even though we don't have Daniel for 2010, I carried him for most of the year, and it did not seem right to just pretend like it was just us two, or that nothing in particularly special happened, and I did not think it was appropriate to give him his own ornament… so the ornament this year had paper inside to write down the special things that happened this year, so I was able to record this very special year! How special and sweet! :)
These two ornaments below are our baby ornaments. We hope to find a beautiful boot for Daniel to match the tradition of his mother and father some 25-30 years earlier. :)
And the ornaments below are all the years that Dennis have been married. Each year is marked on the ornament. (except for the prince and Cinderella, they were 2008 because the ornament was not that great that year. . . and 2007 had TWO ornaments because that was the year that I became interested in cooking! I started with the toaster, I suppose! :)
This was Allie's ornament. Our cat. We just found out today that Allie has run away from my mom's house and there is no sign of him since Wednesday. I am very sad, and was DEVASTATED to find out this sad news. :(
And………. finally……… an official 33 week belly photo! :)
I am so excited about the Christmas season, and cannot wait to finish Daniel's room in the next two weeks and get life ready for him to come on home! :)

Thomasson Mother-Daughter Session
A couple of weeks ago, I had the privilege of meeting Marianne and Savannah! They requested a mother-daughter session and I was happy to oblige. It's taken me a little time to edit their photos, but I finally have them ready!! Enjoy a preview of our evening together. Thanks Judie for referring your sister to me!!! :) (This is Judie Pierce's sister as if you cannot see the resemblance!)

31 week Daniel Update
Hello Friends!!!
I went to the Dr. yesterday for another check up for me and kidney check for Daniel. His right kidney is completely normal and his left kidney still looks a little larger than the right BUT both are in the 'normal' range so I think that they are done checking them. So, this means the next time that I see our son, it will be on delivery day!!!!! :) So praise God that everything looks pretty healthy so far!!!!
He is 3 Ibs and 12 oz at this point, and expected to gain a half a pound a week from here until birth. I am guesstimating we will have a 7.5 pound baby boy! His body and head are now measuring where they should… (his poor little head was 2 weeks bigger than his body 4 weeks ago) So overall, he is in the 65th percentile for weight and height. We caught a good look at his feet, and I do believe that we have a little Maggi boy with TYPICAL Maggi feet. I AM NOT EXAGGERATING WHEN I SAY THAT THEY ARE SHAPED JUST LIKE DENNIS' FEET… IT'S CRAZY TO LOOK AT!
I am doing well, too. My blood pressure is still really great. My weight gain is at 9 pounds. (Although, I am starting to feel REALLY hungry a lot lately!!) As of today I am fighting off a bad cold. I am coughing a lot and that is causing an interruption in his sleep patterns the past two days. I think I finally having him awake during the day and sleeping at night……. :) This morning I actually watched my belly dance in a weird wave like motion. It was really neat. Normally, he will just pop me here, pop me there and then it is over, but today it was a nice amount of continual movement. I am starting to feel a little squished in my clothes now. Before I was pretty comfortable with relatively NO drama when it comes to getting dressed, but nowadays, shirts are riding up and pants are getting too tight. :) a good problem to have I suppose.
I am starting to get really excited about Christmas time coming. I am really enjoying and plan to enjoy this last little stretch of pregnancy during one of the most wonderful times of the year! I know that we are SOO excited to meet Daniel, but I know that I will miss this wonderful season of life of not worrying about 'getting pregnant.' Once he is here, and time passes, I am sure that we will revisit that season of life again, however long it may last of trying to get pregnant again. I pray that God would allow me to find ultimate peace and satisfaction in the blessing he is given even if it the only one. I am blessed beyond measure to carry this child, and I cannot wait to care for him daily. Praise God from whom all blessings flow.

A Shower for Daniel #2
Last Saturday, Erin Carroll and Crystal Lawson threw me and our baby Daniel a BEAUTIFUL and lovely shower. Dennis and I received lots of beautiful and helpful things to help to care for our little guy when he gets here in January.
Erin hand painted these blocks for Daniel. I cannot wait to put these up in his room somehow. .
There are many pictures.. I borrowed most of them from Lisa. Thank you for taking pictures, Lisa. :)
Erin made this delicious cake!!! It was sooo good!! A beautiful cake with a beautiful meaning… it was perfect. . .
The food was mostly provided by Crystal. It was the perfect snack for a Saturday afternoon! :)
While I opened gifts, the guests played bingo with my presents. I have never seen people so so excited for me to open up diapers, and pacifiers, wipes, and onesies! :) IT was perfect for me.
Crystal was responsible for these awesome water bottles. I was SOO impressed with them. I thought it was a great idea and a wonderful touch! :) Thank you!!!
And of course, there were tons of great friends!!! I love all of these people in this room… So thankful that they spent their Saturday afternoon celebrating with me.
